Library Settlement Partnerships (LSP) provides information, referral, and other services to facilitate the successful settlement and integration of newcomers in Ontario through a three way partnership of Citizenship and Immigration Canada, the settlement sector, and public libraries.

LSP envisions communities in which newcomers are welcomed, settle effectively, and contribute to and participate fully in the social, economic, and cultural fabric of Canada.
